I am a master’s student working on the laminar flame burner assisting the setup for 2-D time resolved induced incandescence for particulate matter in premixed flames at elevated pressures. My thesis work involves thermophoretic soot sampling on laminar Jet-A flame at elevated pressures followed by imaging with transmission electron microscope to determine the soot particle size and morphology. The data will be used to validate the Ti-Re LII model.
