Zinn Lab to lead NASA program on supersonic transport

The Ben T. Zinn lab will play a leading role in a new NASA University Leadership Initiative (ULI) aimed at reducing the environmental impact of civil supersonic transport. Prof. Steinberg leads the 3-year $5.6M project, with Prof. Mazumdar and Dr. Tai (GT ASDL) as Co-PIs. Other project partners include MIT, Missouri S&T, Spelman College, Virginia Tech, Aerodyne Research Inc. and GE.
